In it's fourth year of existence, the Greater NC Pro-AM™ isn’t your ordinary summer league… it takes the game of basketball to a whole new level! Professional athletes, collegiate players and high school all-stars make up Greater NC Pro-AM teams. Current celebrities, draft picks and local area talent are brought under one roof… and it doesn’t stop there.
June 30th - August 11th
McLendon-McDougald Gymnasium Admission and parking are FREE! Plus, Greater NC Pro-AM provides Grassroots Mentoring to local high school and college players and helps fund charitable foundations and local community groups.

Welcome to S.J.G. Greater NC Pro-Am™

S.J.G. Greater NC Pro-AM™ mission is to enrich and strengthen the community by creating an entertainment venue that fosters community mentoring, corporate/business participation and non-profit collaboration.

S.J.G. Greater NC Sports, Inc. was started by three childhood friends: Jerry Stackhouse, Donyell Bryant and Chuck Jones. All three athletes (Chuck formally of ECU and WSSU basketball; Donyell formally of NCA&T baseball; and Jerry formally of UNC-CH basketball and currently playing professionally in the NBA). It's designed to bring professional athletes, college players and high school all-stars under one roof to bring the game of basketball to the next level and foster grassroots mentoring.
